In this course we will take you within, to start to transform your inner state of being. Using meditation, breath-work, shadow-work, coaching and a deep dive into circumstances that have limited your personal expansion, we will begin to lift the vail and breath light back into your life.
As you move through the course work, you will begin the process of shifting your consciousness and how you perceive your past and present life experiences. When we can find the deeper meaning to our experiences, we can understand why they were necessary to get us to this point. In addition you will begin to change the relationship with yourself and from here you begin to live from a more heart centred life experience, with more peace and joy.
(This course is a prerequisite for attendance at a Psilocybin Retreat)
This course is the perfect preparation for the work with Psilocybin Therapy. Once we are able to open you to the deeper meaning in your life experience, you will be well prepared to connect, understand and gain deeper insight to your work with the medicine of Psilocybin.

This meditation is about calling back your energy. In many relationships, we give our power away. Sometimes, it is to keep the peace, to try to conform to who that person wants us to be and slowly loose ourselves, When relationships end, we need to take our power back and we do this, through calling back our energy from those souls.

Connecting with the breath of life. Calming the nervous system, feeling the present moment.

These exercises will help you move through loss. It is never easy to loose the people we love but through this work, we can find the greater in meaning in all experiences like this.

Week 3 - The Power of Human Connection

Breathing and flowing through mediation. Finding grounding and deeper presence in yourself. A beautiful practise of connection with the self.

Breathwork
Conscious breathing can be an incredible practise to take part in on a daily basis. It can help us to feel more open and shift into a feeling of love and acceptance.

Deep Dive
Through this exercise, it is time to go to a place of love. A love for yourself and for others and we will do through the act of kindness. In this exercise, you are going to separate from your own struggle and no matter what your circumstance, act in a way that can offer another human being a feeling of connection, love and gratitude.

Shifting your state of consciousness within a meditation can be a powerful practise that you can bring to your personal reality.

Breathing with intention. Fully connecting to your breath, becoming present and releasing emotions that may be stuck. Get out of yours head and back into your body, mind and heart.

Deep Dive
Ask yourself a question, listen to the first answer. The subconscious mind offers you an answer from a place where all of your memories and emotions are stored. Here in the subconscious, we all have our personal records stored, of memories and the associated emotional attachments they hold. Let’s free those stuck emotions

With every relationship, connection, interaction we create energetic chords that can drain our life force energy. It is important after you disconnect, to create an ongoing practise of calling back your energy.

We spend a lot of time in our thoughts. Thoughts about tomorrow, thoughts about yesterday. Breathing, keeps you very present, as it is an act of moving air from the lungs inside of you, to the world outside of you.

Now it is time to take a look into your own life and the patterns that continue to show up. Through the evaluation of these experiences, you will gain a deeper insight and clarity to their very purpose and existence in your life.
